Summary: People are the asset of an organization. It is vital for an organization to maintaining a productive and efficient work operation in order to give opportunity to the employees to perform well in their position for the sake of the organization. Human Resource is known as the main department who are responsible in managing all the employees in an organization. It is crucial for HR department to have a good way of working flow in dealing with numerous employees to ensure that they have the best service from the department in fulfilling their rights. University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UniMy) is a new established private university that started to operate on 2014. Being a new university, there are a small numbers of employees working there and UniMy HR department utilizing their parent company HR system to manage all the task procedures. Nevertheless, the system did not fulfilling all the requirements needed by UniMy staffs and HR department in order to guarantee work efficiency for them to grow bigger in the future. The purpose of this development is to develop a good solution to this situation by adapting the advancement of current technology which are web based and mobile based application. A staff portal and mobile application for UniMy HR department would assist UniMy staffs to interact easily with the HR department in the most effective way anywhere and anytime.
